Anthony Tattan

Anthony Tattan is the CEO of OutsourceSalesDirector.ie and BusinessInSouthAfrica.ie and has 25+ years of Sales & Marketing and Management experience in technology, software, telecoms, and more recently the international arena with expansion into South Africa.

The summer of 2022 saw Anthony leave his role as Chief Commercial Officer with a leading Irish Cloud VOIP technology company with offices in Ireland and South Africa after 10 years of spearheading the company growth and expansion; and where he split his time between overseeing both Channel and Direct growth in both regions achieving massive action and aggressive activity.

Anthony’s experience of working with market leading cloud technologies and tools helps businesses “weaponise their workforce” and not get left behind in the move to more modern work practices.

Frank O'Grady

Frank is an entrepreneur who has worked for 20+ Years in the IT sector with experience in both B2C and B2B businesses.

He has led companies through rounds of raising funds and investment capital, evaluating product validation processes, scaling operations through rapid growth as well as exit negotiations and acquisitions.

Frank is currently involved as both exec and non-exec board member for companies at various stages of their growth.

Specialties include: EdTech, Publishing, Internet Retail & M&A.

Ideally positioned to mentoring or helping an SME or Start Up when it comes to scaling, strategy, business development or dealing with technology challenges.

Lane Farber

Lane has 20+ years in Sales and Business Development partnering with multiple types of industries; from manufacturing to retail, medical to financial, software, technology and more.

He has worked with organisations from start-ups to the fortune 100 developing and scaling sales and business development programs from day one through each phase of their growth.

Following a simple ethos of “keeping things simple” he teaches the one rule that has stayed with him his entire career, which is to always “think from the prospects perspective”.

This simple ethos has helped 1000s of individuals in 100s of companies to develop strong techniques and to create compelling pitches.

Lane runs frequent sales training workshops for companies and individuals alike to help them overcome the challenges in their businesses and careers and sits on the board of directors for a number of business in advisory and strategic roles.
