This is in conjunction with one on one mentoring from an Outsource Sales Director. 

The Academy topics will include;

Fundamentals of Sales Leadership, including revenue generation and Sales Planning for the business.

Psychometric testing of your team, to establish the strengths and weaknesses.

Hiring and onboarding for success, including where product training fits in, along with qualification and why time is so important in sales.

Sales culture and accountability within your team. The Sales process, Sales Meetings  and Sales KPIs, that assesses what to measure and why.

Presentations, demonstrations and proposals that will succeed.  

We also incorporate a Revenue Impact Diagnostic for your team, to show you where and what to focus on.

Every graduate gets an Outsource Sales Director credential at the end of the course.
